Low-Voltage Technician

Pay: $26-$28 HR/DOE | Location: Salisbury, NC | Weekly Pay | Full Benefits | $150 Sign-On Bonus

Now hiring Low Voltage Electronics Technicians in Salisbury, NC, and surrounding areas including Spencer, China Grove, Kannapolis, Concord, Lexington, Mocksville, Statesville, and Davidson

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure security cameras (CCTV/IP camera systems).
• Assist with Head End installation, including racks, network equipment, and control panels.
• Pull, route, and secure CAT5e, CAT6, fiber optic, and other low-voltage cabling.
• Terminate and label cables in accordance with project requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and construction drawings.
• Mount cameras, devices, conduit, and related hardware.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and quality control inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following OSHA safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, electricians, and other trades to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Low Voltage Technician or Electronics Technician.
• Experience installing CCTV/security camera systems.
• Experience assisting with Head End installations.
• Knowledge of structured cabling, cable termination, and testing procedures.
• Ability to read blueprints and low-voltage schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders or lifts.
• Hands-on experience with Come Tec specialized systems and equipment is preferred.
