Schedule: Day shift; RN patient ratio approximately 1:25 Highlights: - Join a 289-bed acute care facility with an established Case Management team of 23 full-time and PRN staff- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RNs and Social Workers in a dynamic healthcare environment- Day shift staffing includes 10-13 mixed Case Management professionals (RN/SW)- Utilize multiple documentation systems including Meditech, Midas, and Wellsky- No call requirements, allowing for consistent work-life balance- Business casual dress code in a professional healthcare setting Requirements: - Active Florida RN license or ability to obtain- Experience in acute care case management setting required- Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills- Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently- Demonstrated teamwork approach and positive, adaptable attitude- Reliable, professional demeanor with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Case Management position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care transitions and outcomes in a supportive acute care environment.
