Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely repairs. Keep customers informed (communicate) about repair progress and costs. Deliver excellent customer service from checkin to vehicle pickup. Maintain accurate service records and documentation. Requirements Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
