Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of students, while preparing effective treatment and discharge plans based on clinical assessments.

• Utilize established protocols to gather relevant patient data through interviews and case history reviews, employing both observational techniques and standardized assessments to provide insightful evaluations.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of therapy clients, ensuring that therapeutic interventions are appropriately documented in an organized manner.

• Collaborate with school staff and parents to coordinate care efforts and recommend additional resources or referrals when necessary to optimize student outcomes.

• Conduct thorough reviews of client files to ensure compliance with quality standards and timely completion of documentation, such as assessments, progress notes, and other required forms.

• Facilitate training on assessment protocols and interventions, integrating best practices as established by the organization and in alignment with health plan regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on children and adolescents within the school system, addressing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will provide vital support to students, collaborating closely with educators and families to ensure comprehensive mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• An active and unrestricted California Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year in a mental health setting, preferably within a healthcare or school environment.

• Clinical experience in case management or direct social work practice, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex situations and manage conflicts effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
