Position Summary
The Plumbing Supervisor oversees plumbing crews and field operations on assigned residential construction projects. This hands-on supervisory position coordinates work from underground and rough-in installations through trim-out, inspections, and final completion. The supervisor provides daily direction and training, monitors schedules and productivity, troubleshoots plumbing issues, and ensures quality workmanship. This position communicates with builders and management and ensures assigned work meets applicable plumbing codes, company standards, and safety requirements.
