Now Hiring: Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist (In-Home & Clinic-Based)

Pay & Schedule
- $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
- Part-time role
- Enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities to work mornings, afternoons, and early evenings
Basic Requirements
- High school diploma required, with a preference if you are currently enrolled in college, have attended or have already graduated from college
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
- Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20 to 40mi radius)
- Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs. while engaging with children
What You'll Do
- Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
- Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
- Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
