Garcia Legal Search is working with a growing, forward-thinking Florida law firm seeking a litigation associate to join its family law practice.

You do not need family law experience to be considered! The firm is willing to train an attorney with a strong litigation background who enjoys being in court and is comfortable handling evidentiary hearings and trials.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants immediate responsibility, meaningful courtroom experience, and a collaborative work environment without the traditional big-firm atmosphere.

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 2+ years of litigation experience
\n
• Experience handling evidentiary hearings and courtroom proceedings
\n
• Confidence managing cases independently
\n
• Strong advocacy, communication, and organizational skills
\n
• An attorney who genuinely enjoys litigation and being in court
\n
• Florida Bar admission
\n
